1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 29bet website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use the 29bet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 29bet is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly accept registrations from minors.
• You must be a human individual (not a corporation, partnership, or automated bot) acting on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Any attempt to provide false identity details may result in immediate account closure.
• You must not be using a VPN, proxy, or other means to mask your location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 29bet. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.

29bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the Platform. Verification may include one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document dated within the last three months.
• Source-of-funds documentation, which may be required for large deposits or withdrawals in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

29bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods trusted by Bangladesh players. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

29bet periodically offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific Terms & Conditions associated with that promotion, which are published alongside each offer. General bonus rules that apply site-wide include:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits may be eligible for reload bonuses or other promotions as announced on the Platform.
• Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred between accounts. Attempting to share, sell, or trade bonus credits is a violation of these Terms.
• 29bet reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirement already in progress by the player will be honoured.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting loopholes, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating across multiple accounts — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent account suspension.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 29bet Platform. Any player found engaging in these activities is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or wagering activity.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to fix the outcome of bets or games, or to exploit bonus structures.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, financial crime, or any other unlawful purpose under Bangladeshi law or international law.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after using the corresponding funds on the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 29bet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, trademarks, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive property of 29bet or its content and game providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 29bet. Unauthorised use of any Platform content may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 29bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, payment processing delays, or errors in game outcomes that are subsequently corrected.

While 29bet strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 29bet accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of reliance on information displayed on the Platform that later proves to be inaccurate.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

29bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility requirements, account rules, or prohibited activities.
• Submission of fraudulent, forged, or misleading identity, financial, or verification documents.
• At the request of the player, including voluntary self-exclusion requests made through our responsible gaming tools.
